Frequently Asked Questions

We will add questions and answers as they come up.

Q: Where do I park?
A: Being a clean air conference we would hope you'd take mass transit! Details on mass transit options will be posted soon.

Parking at Weber State University

All registrants will be emailed (on Monday, March 19) a parking pass for the WSU Dee Events Center. These cost us $3 for each one that is used, so car pooling or Mass Transit will help us out. If you didn't get your parking pass, email John at

Parking is at the Dee Events Center. Take the Shuttle Bus to the main campus (which is your only choice, shuttles run nearly continuously). From the shuttle drop off at the library walk west to the Union Building (see the multiple maps below).

Mass Transit for Weber State University

UTA has direct service from the Ogden Station transit hub to WSU's main campus.  The closest station to the Union Buiilding is the one directly left (north) of the Union Building as shown on the map below.

Map of bus stops

There are 8 buses that serve the WSU campus. The most direct bus lines from the Ogden Station (FrontRunner) are: 650 (WSU Fast Bus), 455, and 603.

The 650 bus runs every 30 minutes, the 455 bus is a slower inter-county bus, and the 603 bus runs every 15 minutes.

Q: What's up for lunch?
A: Everyone who registers will get a box lunch to enjoy while looking at the posters. We will have a mix of lunch types, including vegetarian. Please try to be flexible with your choice of meals as we are just guessing at the selection quantity breakdowns.
